Labconco Freestanding FlaskScrubber Vantage Series Laboratory Glassware Washer, with type 304 brushed stainless steel interior and exterior, viewing window and 25 watt interior light, sanitizes glassware with 199º F (93º C) water to sanitize glassware.
Features include an LCD for customizing cycles, monitoring water temperature and cycle progress; a water recirculation rate of 112 gal/min (424 liters/min) for thorough cleaning; dual pumps, one for washing and one for draining, to reduce cross contamination potential; built-in deionized water pump to bring non-pressurized or pressurized deionized or purified water into the chamber for up to six pure water rinses; steam generation that produces hot vapor to penetrate and remove dried residue for cleaner glassware; automatic liquid detergent dispenser with peristaltic pump and automatic rinse aid dispenser; ten pre-set cycles including DRY ONLY, RINSE ONLY, PLASTIC, GLASS, GLASS PLUS, SCIENTIFIC, SCIENTIFIC PLUS, INTENSE, INTENSE PLUS, and EXTREME; two user set cycle programs; Alarms with display and one minute audible alert for HOT GLASS (temperature above 122ºF/50ºC), WATER LOW, WATER HIGH, OVERFLOW, LIQ DETERGENT LEVEL AND RINSE AID LEVEL; Water conductivity monitor to confirm rinse water cleanliness and effective detergent removal; user-set delayed start of up to 8 hours; RS-232 interface for connection to user-supplied computer or printer; HEPA-filtered forced air drying through spindles; spindle rack with 36 detachable large spindles, 18 glassware holders, 36 clips and 10 interchangeable small spindles; accommodates optional upper spindle rack or accommodates optional SteamScrubber Upper and Lower Racks for washing beakers, culture tubes and other specialty glassware.
