Question

We have a model 9000 water softener we had hard well water when purchased. We now have city water but want to still use the softener because the water tends to not be very soft. We dont know how to change the settings to lesser degrees. Can you help me?

Since that is a dual tank system, You would enter the dimensions on just 1 tank to get the correct values.
