Milli q Keeps rinsing until I run out or water
Question
Recently, I purchased some RO membrane filters for our Elix10/MilliQ system. These were installed, however, the system is continuously going through a rinse cycle and reservoir is completely empty but I suspect this is a separate issue not having to do with the RO membranes.
Answer
The milli-q system you have enters a rinse cycle when it thinks the feed pressure is too high. The milli-q should have a pressure regulator in front of it to keeps the pressure below 5 p.s.i.
