how often am i supposed to change the FL1192x1 filter cant find any details on that filter

The UF membrane is very durable and can last over 5 years depending on what is in the water you are feeding to it. Your best bet is to do an LAL test looking for pyrogens, If you see them after sanitization, they membrane most likely needs to be changed. Short of that, I would replace it at least every 3 years if you are doing work that is effected by endotoxins.
