We recently purchased a Fleck 7000 Water Softener System 110k grain removal with Fleck 700016T Meter based regeneration controller from your website On the receipt there is listed Assembly instructions Service Manual Programing Insert These look like links but dont take me anywhere and this information did not come with the water softener The only instructions are how to assemble the control unit Is this information on line or should I have received in the package Also the programing insert sounds like something physical that I should have received My order number is 201330 Thanks
