Barnstead D0809 and D0811 cartridges but with Hose Barb connections

Question

Hi Is it possible to use the Barnstead D0809 and D0811 cartridges without a BPure ie by plugging my own hosing straight into the cartridges If so is there a specific type of connector that i need for the hosing And if not are there equivalent cartridges that would let me use my own hosing I plan to use the cartrdiges in a water circulation system with a water pump at about 23 l min Many thanks Tommi

Answer

No it is not, those filters are made for a b-pure housing. You would have to use hose barb filter to do that. It is the same filter but with tube connections on the ends. You can find those here.
