Adsorption

Using high surface area activated carbon, adsorption removes organics and chlorine from feed water.



Adsoprtion can be used as a final step in most purification systems to achieve a low TOC, but is also used as a first or second step in most purification systems.

Chlorine and organics adhere to the surface of the activated carbon and remain in the cartridge.
