This filtration cartridge is designed to provide mineral free water.
Although this filter will filter just about any type water, it is best when used after reverse osmosis pre-treatment or city or well water

When used in proper combination this cartridge can produce water suitable for applications such as Aquariums, water for an Iron, spot free rinse water .
