This filtration cartridge is designed to provide deionized water.

Although this filter will filter just about any type water, it is best when used after reverse osmosis pre-treatment city or well water

When used in proper combination with other filters this cartridge can produce water suitable for applications such as chemistry analyzer feed water, general laboratory type I water or other laboratory grade water applications including NCCLS, CAP and ASTM Type I specifications.
