About Nucleases and DNA

 
DNA is the building block of life. RNase and DNase are enzymes that occur naturally, and are instrumental in regulating bodily fuctions.



Although these are important to the life process, they can wreak havok in life science practices.

The ability to amplify DNA molecules becomes severely limited when these contaminants are present in otherwise pure water.

In order to remove these impurities a combination of adsorbtion, ultrafiltration, and ultraviolet oxidation can be used to further purify the water.
