We have received a 4 replacement filters for our E-Pure 4641 Item code B-CDDO Is the proper placement from the water inlet left to Right Carbon D D Organic

yes, that is correct. It goes by the same order as the filter kit letters.

B- = Barnstead
C = Carbon = CF1801 - First housing
D= Deionizer = MB1801 - Second Housing
D= Deionizer = MB1801 - Third Housing
O = Organic scavenger = OS1801 - 4th Housing
