Hi My labs D11931 system is stuck in a loop The system starts in Idle and when we turn it on to operate it performs a meter self check Each time it does this it says that the self check passed Then it quickly resets and returns to idle so we are unable to use it I have tried turning it off and on as well as unplugging the system for 15 minutes at a time We have also seen the message Meter Board problem rarely pop up These dont seem to be related to us as the self check passes each time the system performs it but it may actually be part of the issue I appreciate any suggestions

It sounds like you have a board problem. If you can get to them, make sure all the electrical connections are tight and clean. It may or may not fix it.
The bigger problem is that there are very few spare parts available for that since it is discontinued. Boards are not available. If this system is critical to you, you will need to consider replacing the whole unit.
