We are having trouble finding a firm to come service our distilled water still. It requires de-scaling and routine maintenance.
The model number and particulars are as follows: Barnstead Still Model: A1015 Serial #: 73-12936 Electric Still: 5 GPH, 13.0 K.W., 1ph, 57 amps, 115/230V, 60 HZ

We no longer offer field service because it just is not cost effective.
The systems are made to be self serviced. I can provide you with a manual to help you.
Alternatively many have replaced that still with an inexpensive stainless steel distiller that is much easier and cheaper to maintain and that do no use water cooling.
