Our lab has a 14 year old MiliQ academic gradient a10 system We bought it one year ago second hand Back then we exchanged new QGuard 2 and Quantum EX cartridge Now the service light and the alarm light are both on telling us to exchange cartridges Do you have any suggestions that we exchange both of them or just need to exchange any one of them Also why are your products cheaper than Milipore website Thanks

Yes you do have to change both filters because the exhaust sequentially.

Are filters are used in 1000’s of labs would wide. We are a USA manufacture and We charge a fair price.

Why are we cheaper than Millipore? We do not ask you to pay for our jet!

Basically it is a difference in profit. We just don’t soak you like they do.
