Can you tell me the major differences between the Barnstead/Thermo GenPure and MicroPure systems

Answer

The Thermo Micropure is the base level system that provides great water quality but without all the advanced instrumentation and bells and whistles. It replaced the easypure system. It comes in 2 versions, one is pressure fed off a pretreated source and the other is reservoir fed where you pour purified water in and make small batches.

The Genpure replaced the DIamond system and offers many different features such as remote dispense, toc monitors, multiple outlets and such.

Both systems come is 4 purity levels.

  • Ion Free (basic)
  • Ion And Organic Free (UV)
