Corning AG11 purification still Repairs |

Question
We have a very old Corning AG11 purification still and a Corning Automatic Collection System which is now havng problems It heats up but we dont get the purified water in the ACS There is a clicking sound during the process I am trying to find someone to contact to get a quote on repairs and possibly a replacement for the unit if our present unit cannot be repaired or will cost too much Our lab is located in Davis CA Can you point me in the right direction to have my questions answered Id appreciate your help Thanks

We do not do field service and that unit is very old, but it sounds like an easy fix for your maintenance department.
Either you don’t have pure water going to the unit or the inlet solenoid valve needs to be replaced.
If you want to replace it for a much better alternative, many universities have been changing out to these stainless steel distillers for a fraction of the cost.
