I have a barnstead E pure 4 module water system I use RO water as my feed water and cartridges D0836 macropure D0803 High Capacity D5027 Ultrapure DI SG and D5021 Organic free The high capacity cartridge is intended for use with tap water What effect does my using the high capacity cartridge with RO water have on my system

That it the wrong kit for sure. You have no colloids after RO so that filter isn't doing anything and is also the most expensive filter.
This kit will give you the highest capacity and purity while saving you quite a bit.
