Nanopure Diamond D11931 UV Bulb Not Working

Question

We have just changed the UV light in our Nanopure Diamond D11931 The warning message to change the UV bulb is still flashing We have gone through the menu and reset the warning for UV light and the timer reads 0 hours However the warning is still flashing Is there another step for us where the warning to Change UV bulb will no longer flash

Answer

You can try unplugging the power and restarting it to make sure the computer resets. If it still tells you the bulb isn't working, open the side cover, slide the bulb out just enough to see if it is lit. You may have gotten a bad bulb, have a bad ballast or some other problem.
