Question
Our barnstead D4751 system has developed a very low flow rate and low resistivity Should replacing the filter cartridges solve this problem It looks like the cartridge kit BCDDO2 should be good for our purposes but I want to make sure we get the right one Thanks
Answer
The low flow would be caused by the outlet filter. If you remove it and the flow increases then that would verify it. The low resistivity is most likely caused by by exhausted filters but could also be explained by a bad pump. If you remove the 0.2 filter and it still has low flow you may have a feed problem or a pump problem. You can always call us and we would be happy to talk you through troubleshooting your issue.
