Dear Amy In our institution we have a Barnstead Nanopure II water purification system that does not work The display shows a blinking 001 number which does not match any of the error indicators in the users manual Could you please give us more information about what needs to be done in order to fix the problem Thank you very much Dr Biava

It sounds to me like that is a resistivity reading. If so the filters are dead. Also that system is over 30 years old and the meter just cant be accurate and except for filters, there are no parts available.
That system was replaced with this one a long time ago. It may be time to upgrade. They do take the same exact filters.
