What is importance of a Brine Grid?
Answer
The brine Grid holds most of the salt out of the water in the brine tank so it does not form a cavern. A cavern make it looks like you have salt, but underneath the salt can not dissolve into the water.
Without it, you would need to poke the salt with a broom stick every now and again to make sure if dissolves correctly.
